@proto oh totally, i'm just in favour of defining the term "art" by objective standards and leaving the rest to things like
"art made by unscrupulous people"
"art made for the wrong reasons"
also in this particular instance there's another wrinkle where this is for a "list of most expensive artworks" and you can't even determine a value for anything crypto related because of all the speculation and how hard it would be to convert back to currency
